A chill vibe with friendly faces

The Gelatik offered a warm atmosphere filled with genuinely friendly staff. I enjoyed relaxing in the social areas, and the communal vibe enhanced my stay.

While the facilities were generally good, the air conditioning needed adjustments. it was either too cold or too warm, which affected my sleep on one occasion. Also, the breakfast choices were limited for a longer stay.

Unfortunately, my stay at Gelatik was marred by several frustrating issues. The access card malfunctioned multiple times, making it incredibly inconvenient to enter my room. Additionally, the noise from the upstairs guests started early each morning, disrupting any chance of a peaceful start to the day. The lack of privacy in the shared areas was also disappointing, as it felt more like an impersonal hostel than the cozy retreat I had hoped for.

the location is decent, but the noise from the dining hall at night was just dreadful. and as if that wasn't enough, my bed had a persistent light that wasn’t fixed until I was nearly checked out. I almost would have written a good review, but the lack of special treatment really sealed the deal for me.

The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The free laundry was a fantastic perk and made my life easier. Plus, having complimentary drinking water available is such a game changer.

Though I stayed for just 2 nights, I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff. The common area, buzzing with folks on laptops, made it easy to relax. Future guests might find it helpful to visit during peak season for a chance to meet more people.

The staff stood out with their exceptional friendliness, always ready to assist. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a nice start to the day. However, the cramped sleeping arrangement in the dormitory made it difficult to get quality rest, and the lockers' inconvenient location under the beds hindered easy access. Additionally, noise from other guests disrupted sleep early in the morning, which was quite bothersome.

I loved the relaxing pool area and the delicious breakfast each morning. the AC room was perfect for unwinding, but the bed was way too cozy, so getting up was a challenge!

Just a nice choice for a city holiday in Seminyak (Bali) with great value. The pool area was relaxing after a long day exploring. It's best to walk in pairs after dark due to the lack of street lighting.
